The farm is currently under construction on The Murray Valley Highway only a stone throw from Echuca. The Farm is currently not open to public as we construct our new growing area. In the meantime we have now launched our OUTLET store conveniently located next door to The Garden Planners where we offer a CLICK. COLLECT.DELIVER for ease of shopping and we also open direct to public every Friday 8.30am – 4.30 and Saturday 8.30 -1.30

We are happy to exchanges goods within 7 days of purchase as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased.

We grow and sell from many wholesale growers and we do not buy seconds stock and ensure we inspect all plants prior to Delivery
Please note: plants are living things, they don’t come in boxes. And we do not produce them in a factory. Sizes and photos are a guide only. We always send out the very best plants we have in stock. We do not refund just because the plants are a different size to the photos online.

We grow and sell many different kinds of plants. We select plants that will do well in Echuca/Moama and surrounding gardens, climates and soil types. We sell natives, exotics, tropical plants, drought tolerant plants, frost tolerant plants, succulents.

We are happy to exchange goods within 7 days of purchase as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. Plants that have been planted or have damage will not be accepted for exchange. It is Echuca Moama’s Plant Farm discretion to exchange or replace goods purchased. This will only be considered upon presentation of your original cash register receipt or online sales invoice.

We are not able to give cash refunds, and credit notes will be issued where applicable.

You are entitled to a refund under Australian law if the goods or service we rendered to you were not as promised or described. For example, if we are unable to provide the plant variety you purchased, you are entitled to a refund if you are not happy with a substitute plant. Return of goods will be required to obtain a refund.

Echuca Moama Plant Farm is not required by Law to provide a refund or replacement if a customer changes their mind. However, a voucher can be issued to the customer in this scenario providing:

  • Evidence of proof of purchase
  • All returned goods must be unused and in original packaging
  • All price tags must be attached and in saleable condition.

If you are a Trade Account customer and presenting goods for return or exchange, a copy of the original invoice must be presented in-store along with the goods to arrange an Account Credit.

Commercial quantities are not generally returnable. Special customer orders i.e. products which are not ranged
